1. Food Quality Guarantee
At Banarasi Biryani, we take pride in delivering high-quality and delicious food. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please let us know immediately.
2. Eligibility for Return/Refund
- Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct one at no additional cost.
- Unsatisfactory Quality: If the food does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or freshness, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and, if valid, offer a replacement or refund.
- Packaging Issues: If the packaging is damaged or the order is incomplete, please report it to us immediately for a replacement.
3. Conditions for Refund
- Refunds are issued only if the complaint is raised within 1 hour of delivery/pick-up.
- The food must be in its original packaging and should not be consumed beyond a reasonable amount (at least 70% of the food should remain).
4. Non-Eligible Cases
- Change of Mind: Orders cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.
- Incorrect Information: Orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
- Delayed Complaints: Complaints made after 1 hour of receiving the order will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact Us: Call our customer service at 7458823258 or email us at banarasibiryanivns@gmail.com within ½ an hour of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible.
- Resolution: We will investigate the issue and, if valid, offer a replacement, credit, or refund within 24 hours.
6. Payment Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For cash payments, refunds will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer.
